The King’s Daughters’ School (“KDS”), Columbia, TN, seeks a Senior Director of Programs. The mission of the King’s Daughters’ School (“KDS”) is to change permanently and positively the trajectory of the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. Continuing a 100-year legacy of service, KDS promotes independence through educational, residential and community services. At KDS, students live, study, work, and play in an environment that provides the structure, programming, and loving care necessary to equip students to leave as independently as possible. With a capacity of 120 students from across the US and abroad and a staff of nearly 200, KDS offers coed programming designed by age and developmental needs. The Senior Director of Programs reports directly to the Executive Director and oversees the Principal, Residential Director, Center for Autism Director, and Recreational Therapist.
